Our community of 270+ homes deserves the following:

  1. Appreciation of home values – Potential buyers see our community (especially The Greens) as a high cost & low value option because of high HOA monthly fee – their logic is, get more equity for the same expense. To stop the trend of increasing HOA, we should collectively
    • Relook at our operational expenses and existing contracts
    • Discuss ways to eliminate the burden of HOA fee for foreclosed homes
  2. Use technology to provide a safe and secure community living
    • Safety for homes and residents
    • Make the community kid friendly and kid safe from the speeding vehicles
